Inday Rewards - SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the Inday Rewards loyalty platform at loyalty.indayallday.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account or use our services.

2. Program Description

Inday Rewards is a loyalty rewards program operated by Good Karma Hospitality Inc, doing business as Inday. The program allows registered users to earn points on qualifying purchases, achieve tier status levels, and redeem rewards at participating Inday locations.

3. Eligibility

To participate in Inday Rewards, you must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid mobile phone number. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To join Inday Rewards, you must create an account at loyalty.indayallday.com by providing your mobile phone number and verifying ownership via a one-time SMS verification code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. SMS Messaging

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account, including points earned, tier updates, reward notifications, and account security alerts. You may also separately opt in to receive recurring automated promotional marketing text messages at the mobile number provided during sign-up. Marketing consent is optional and not required to participate in the program.

Message frequency varies; transactional messages depend on account activity, and marketing messages are limited to approximately 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

6. Points and Rewards

Points are earned on qualifying purchases at participating Inday locations. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Good Karma Hospitality Inc reserves the right to modify the points earning rate, redemption values, and available rewards at any time. Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

7. Tier Status

Inday Rewards may include multiple tier levels based on your earning activity. Tier status and associated benefits are determined by Good Karma Hospitality Inc and may be modified at any time. Tier qualification criteria and benefits will be communicated through the loyalty portal.

8. Privacy

Your use of Inday Rewards is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://loyalty.indayallday.com/privacy. By using the program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

Good Karma Hospitality Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at https://loyalty.indayallday.com/terms and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

Good Karma Hospitality Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and participation in Inday Rewards at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

Good Karma Hospitality Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Inday Rewards. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards earned in your account at the time of any claim.
